The British Actress Rosamund Pike, played Maggie Greer in the film ‘Surrogates’ brilliantly. Pike, 32, was born and raised in London. She had a really brilliant standout role in a James Bond Film, ‘Die Another Day’. She has been on the acting scene since 1996. Her parents, Caroline and Julian Pike were both professional musicians, and Pike has publicly said that she always heard music in her home, growing up, and it got her acting bug activated at a very early age. Her parents traveled the world with Rosamund when she was very young, trying to get musical gigs, they would go wherever they could could get work, Rosamund went with them until she was about 8. She speaks
French and German because of all that traveling around she did when she was young. She brings with her that wide world sophistication, to her all of her acting parts, and it really sets her apart from other actors she appears on the screen with. She started her academic education at Oxford University in England. She would drop in and out depending on what roles she was cast for. She finally went back to Oxford and completed her degree in 2001.
